How we cook
Market-led,

We are a small kitchen with a long memory. The menu follows the market — greens from the terrace, grains from the hills, and bread from the oven each morning.
Come for breakfast and stay for the second pot of coffee. Nothing is hurried here, least of all lunch.
Local growers
Vegetables, grains and coffee come from people we know by name.
House bread
Baked every morning in our own oven. Whatever is left goes home with the staff.

Walk-ins welcome, families welcome, and a table kept back each evening.
